Following the surveys in 2006 and 2008, the satisfaction of dealers with their main suppliers has again been analysed by the Agricultural Markets and Marketing department at the University of Hohenheim. For forage harvesting, FELLA scored 8.5 out of 10 points, thus attaining 2nd place, considerably ahead of 3rd place (7.7 points). Especially pleasing is the continual improvement since the first survey and the fourth-best points score across all 5 categories (tractors, combine harvesters, forage harvesting, soil cultivation and sowing, crop protection and fertilizers).
160 companies took part in the survey. In comparison with the last analyses, the trend was towards larger companies with an average of 195 employees and 6 locations. Above all, the product range, the purchasing conditions and the relationship with manufacturers, as well as service and marketing support, were especially important for the overall assessment.
